A second Brentwood garden, this one reads as a sequence of enclosed rooms — an arrival court, a walled kitchen garden, a pool on axis with the house, and a long hedge-lined walk to the orchard.
The planting is quiet and ordered: clipped box, espaliered citrus, gravel, and a restrained seasonal palette. The architecture of the garden does most of the work; flowers are chosen carefully and in small number.
